I’ve never taken anything for my hormones but just 4 days of taking this gummy, my menstrual came. Due to pregnancy complications, my tubes were removed for about 5 years now. This is such an amazing product! I did not have my period for a while which worried me so after taking these gummies, I got it just three days after starting them! It seriously works when regulating your hormones and I totally recommend them

I missed my cycle for 2 months and within a week and half of taking these I started my period 🤞🏽♥️🙏🏽The taste is fine and they don’t really have strong smell!

Unsure how long it takes for this product to work. The bottle recommendation is 2 a day. I Will update this review if I notice a difference in my PMS symptoms.The taste isn't great ... At first it kinda tastes like plastic and then almost like a fig.
