Q: What’s the difference between the 3X and the 3X-big?

I'm not sure exactly. I ordered the "big" because I'm about 240 lbs.... XX - Large Big and they are literally the most comfortable underware I've ever owned, I immediately bought another package and love em. They are so soft yet not hot, large waist band stays put, and the "family jewels" don't slip out of the leg openings. I wear 44 waist...give or take 2"
