We bought this pump to help get the water out of our small decorative pond when a pipe broke recently. It worked well, got rid of the water & kept it going as hubby repaired the pipe. We were worried it would stop once it encounters the silt on the bottom but there were absolutely no issues!We cannot confirm the speed it pumps at (gallons per hour) as advertised but our needs were met completely. The added benefit was it was not noisy and was easy to use. Also, we used the hose that came with the pump but it was so nice to have different nozzle attachments so that we will be able to get a larger diameter hose to drain our hot tub or swimming pool later in the year.It was a very good deal price wise and does exactly as advertised.

Taking our pool cover off in the spring is truly the WORST day of my year! Last year, we had the bright idea to keep the cover clean all winter, so we purchased this little gem. My husband tossed it on the tarp after every rain, and then blew the leaves off when it was dry, and on opening day this year, we literally rolled that tarp off of a 21 foot pool in 2 minutes! So pleased with how easily this little guy worked. Highly recommend!

Lovely item we have a small basement that collects water and we wanted to throw it out , this worked so well the height to remove is about 10-12 ft and it just did the job flow was good , good power and in no time cleaned it up .

This pump works great even with dirty water on top of a pool cover. Pretty robust too. Good value.

This is what they call small but mighty, I am super excited with this, drained all the water from my pool completely and I was amazed with it. Please buy it, you won't regret it, ignore the size and focus on the work 😉

Best little pool cover pump I’ve ever owned. Previously I’ve had no luck with a series of crappy small pumps that either clogged too easily or just stopped working. Those pumps all went in the trash. This one however just does its job time after time with no debris clogs. Highly recommended.

Used this product to drain water from my above ground pool . Easy to use , working great , well made, pumps out water quickly . Good pump !

Purchased the pump to empty 515 gallon a hot tub. It was surely faster than using the tubs drain hose but in no way did it pump 850 gallons per hour. Took about 1.5 hours to move 515 gallons of water from the tub. For the price you can’t go wrong, if speed is not an issue. The hose that came with it worked well but it does kink easily. It also came with a few extra fittings for other types of hoses but unfortunately neither of them worked with a standard garden hose fitting.
