This bag is very comfortable, even when quite full, and very easy to pull on. The zips in the main compartment could/should be longer and extend further down the sides, you're left feeling about for stuff in the bottom. And there could be more/larger pockets to stop the little bits and pieces falling to the bottom in the first place. But the comfort makes up for all of that and the above issues are relatively minor as it's still a 5* bag.
