I bought out of curiosity because Ginseng is very popular and used in Asia, instead of vitamin C.The bottle contained a white immaculate Ginseng root. I was surprised.Unfortunately, by opening and closing the bottle, the root formed a few dark patches but it is still usable.It's customer service wanted to refund me but I refused because I received it immaculate.Probably I wasn't careful enough to close it properly and air caused it.The product itself is good and nourishing.It glides on to the skin very smoothly after the toner.It leaves a slightly sticky sensation so use a little at first, then build up if necessary.Leave the essence to dry for a couple of minutes before applying the moisturizer.I read some complaints in the review that the product is running and so they blamed it as fake.Whoever is interested in buying it, must know that the essence is lighter and more liquid than a serum. That's why this product is a bit running. For the price, quality and size I suggest to give a try.If you have doubts before the purchase, get in touch with the seller.I found its customer service very helpful and thorough.
