I got this for my skin and have been using it for a little while, and while I can’t say that I notice a difference yet, the supplements seem to be of good quality and I am hopeful. I was bothered by fishy burps after taking but I started taking with food and this handled that problem. Besides that the 5 pills is a lot but they are not too large a size and are easy to swallow so this doesn’t particularly bother me.

I tool the pill exactly as described on the packaging.... it just didn't do anything for me. No noticeable side effects from taking it, either.
