Awesome sup
This is my first paddle board purchase and under the advice of a friend I was told to not waste my time or money on a cheap one. Definitely worth the money. The manual pump is still a little bit of a workout but much easier and quicker than others I have used. Looks great, easy to use and you can feel the quality of a very well made product and great set up with everything you need. I’m definitely a bluefin fan 👍🏻

Recurrent fault with cracked fin housing and poor design!!
I have been looking at getting into Paddle boarding for a few months and finally decided to purchase my own board after a fair amount of research. I decided to purchase a Bluefin Carbon Cruise 12' after watching multiple reviews where this brand was praised for it's specs, quality and craftsmanship. The board arrived a few days after ordering and looked really good, however the carry bag was covered in white mildew and the centre fin housing was cracked. I believe either the board was damaged during manufacture or the packaging process in the factory. The bag is really poorly designed as the pump does not fit in the extension pocket and you are unable to get everything needed into the bag alone. I must say that it was not a great start and I was not impressed as to how this company could design such a poor and cheaply made bag that would be sure to fail after a few outings. Being already suspicious I decided to give the board a good look over when unpacking everything. The major thing I could not overlook was the fact that main fin housing was cracked at the base. Not impressed at all I contacted Bluefin directly as suggested by Amazon product support.Reached out to Bluefin regarding replacement of this board. The process was very slow as you can only contact them by email as the customer service number just has a record message and not way of speaking directly to anyone. After several days going back and forth they arranged collection. The collection then took another few days and the it took them two weeks to send a replacement. The second paddle board was again a 12' Carbon, except it was a different colour and delivered without kayak conversion, additional paddle & once again the middle fin housing was damaged in exactly same way. You can see that in the photos attached.I must say I'm extremely disappointed and I’m not sure how this company has ever managed to build such a good reputation. Unless the Cruise Carbon is just badly designed or cost have been cut during manufacturing it seems amazing the damage has occurred on two occasions and also mentioned by other customers on the Amazon platform. In the meantime I’ve done some digging into issues with this model, and turns out nearly all “Pre-Owned” Cruise Carbons on EBay and other second-hand platforms have exactly the same fault with a cracked fin housing in exactly the same place. If this is not an indication of bad material or a design issue, then I don’t know what it is!! I would really hope that for a company who's reputation must be questionable their CEO needs to review the whole customer service process that they currently provide. This time I have contacted Amazon directly as previously when I asked Bluefin for a full refund they refused as the item was purchased on the Amazon platform as would only offer a replacement. But as they have not replaced the paddle board with an identical model and this one is also damaged I'm having contact Amazon about my concerns and a return for a full refund is now in progress.I would strongly advise anyone based on my experience and other customers with the same issue against anyone purchasing the 12' Cruise Carbon, and possibly other Cruise Carbon sizes as well. I would imagine it won't be long before many other owners discovers same fault and failings in this company.Hopefully this is the end of Bluefin saga for me, as I will not be purchasing anything more from them again. The most annoying thing is I've wasted time going back and forth with this problem when all I want to do is get out and enjoy the whole experience of paddle boarding!!

Great value and performance for money
Nothing to complain about and plenty to praise. In one bag which is large enough to repack your equipment with no effort you get everything (literally) you need at high quality. I have tried a number of cheaper iSUPs and sturdiness of the board, the quality of the pump and above all the performance in the water are a level or two above. If I would change something it would be the colour because the carbon version is dark and on a summer day one needs to keep it out of the sun or they risk testing how plastic under tension holds in high temperature.

Multiple failures, seems way overpriced, possibly bad batch
Purchased Bluefin Carbon Cruise after watching multiple reviews where this brand was praised for specs, quality and craftsmanship. Board arrived quick and looked really good, however brand new bag was already ripped on one side. Instead of returning, decided to give it a go as bag could be easily replaced. However bag handle nearly ripped off when lifting from the car, by the time we reached the lake also noticed that zip stitching has given up on one side as well. Must I say that it was not a great start and I was not impressed, but so far it was only the bag that failed. Bit suspicious already decided to give the board a good look over when setting up, there was a small bump at the base of the board, that is apparently normal and caused due to lack of threads where valve is positioned, this was bit off putting but since it’s “by design” I was not that concerned. However one thing I could not overlook was the fact that main fin box was cracked at the base. Not impressed at all, packed up the board and went back home. Will be returning this board asap.Update 04/06/2024Reached out to Bluefin regarding replacement of this board. Process was very swift and had a new one delivered within days. Except it was delivered without kayak conversion, additional paddle & fin box was damaged in exactly same way. You can see that in last photo.Extremely disappointed, I’m not sure how this company managed to build such a good reputation. Unless Cruise Carbon is just badly designed or cost have been cut during manufacturing.Update 10/06Bluefin agreed to replace this again, board is on its way, but in the meantime I’ve done some digging into issues with this model, and turns out nearly all “Pre-Owned” Cruise Carbons on EBay have exactly the same fault, cracked fin box, if that is not indication of bad material or design issue, then I don’t know what it is. Will be returning this to Amazon as soon as it lands with me.I would strongly advise against purchasing 12 Cruise Carbon, and possibly other Cruise Carbon sizes as well. Can’t imagine it will be long before many owners discovers same issue.Update 11/06Another replacement arrived from Bluefin, completely different board, was sent Cruise 12’ and not Cruise Carbon 12’, luckily Amazon has agreed for me to send this one back for full refund. Hopefully this is the end of Bluefin saga for me.
