As advertised and the bands work great for the quick workout at home, you can hook more than one band together to increase the resistance and fits the door like advertised, just make sure the door closes all the way, you don’t want to get whacked with door if it doesn’t shut all the way, putting the band holder in the door by the hinges is kind of tough if you have short arms, but you will not be disappointed with this item,

The quality of these was actually very surprising. It works well for what I need. I am currently on a weight loss journey and these are low impact, but also work very well. The safety with these is great because the door anchor holds it in place very tightly. It is super comfortable to use and have a great value to your workout. I definitely recommend this product.

This is great gear to quick off any workout goal. I recently purchased these Resistance Bands and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The set comes with color coded five bands of increasing resistance, which can be used in combination to provide higher weight. The lowest weight is 10lbs. and the highest is 50lbs. The kit also includes a door anchor for creating points at various heights to pull or press against, two grippy handles, and two padded ankle straps. Overall, I would highly recommend this set to anyone looking for a versatile and high-quality resistance band set to add to your workout. These resistance bands have been an amazing substitute to free weights. I love that each color is specific to the weight an they're durable as I've been using it for 2 years and tear or over stretching. The resistance has stayed consistent and safe to use.

Pros: Workout quality neutral. Very durable. No smell. I like that they have different colors to help u distinguish each weight amount. A bag to come with is convenient in case of bein on the run or stayin somewhere else! Cons: Didn’t feel like I was gainin a sufficient amount of strength within a couple months while only usin resistance bands and doin wall push-ups. But that is just my experience someone else’s may be different. U decide.

If you want to buy just one set, this one is great. After having babies, I needed something to strengthen the insides of my thighs. This has helped a lot so far. I love how the ankle straps are really comfortable and they give 2 for if you want to use both legs at one go. So far I've only really used the green and red one as the others are too weak or too strong for my preference. I'm not upto the stage where I add more than one together so I can comment on that. My therapist told me to strengthen my back muscles and they gave me one of those rubber stretch bands. I prefer this black stretcher they have included. It is easy and comfortable to hold and it is a great tightness. I definitely recommend this set to anyone who wants a kind of all in one.
