These charge and work on the tools the same way as the original ones. It does help to have extra batteries since there is nothing worst than being forced to take a break to recharge batteries. This set is performs well at a lower price point compared to the original Milwaukee ones.

These are my first non-Milwaukee M12 type batteries. They snap into my M12 tools without issue and fit similar to my authentic Milwaukee batteries.There are some physical differences as you can see in the comparison photos toward the end of the attached pictures. The Milwaukee has a contour that can be seen in the top profile that makes the battery look something like a heart shape. The subject battery does not have this contour and has a snap together structure in this area.Beyond fit, the most important characteristic with compatible type batteries is performance - run time, run performance, charge time, charge holding, etc. These take some time and use to evaluate. If will update my review if any of these parameters are not as expected - either good or bad.

I got a pair of these to augment my trove of M12 batteries since you can never have enough.I charged them to full on receipt and initial checks with a driver and oscillating tool show similar run times and power to legitimate batteries. I can't speak for longevity yet, but since most of these use commodity cells internally I don't expect a large variance but will update if they disappoint.One thing that is noticeably different than official Milwaukee batteries is these are MUCH tighter to get in and out of the tools and charger. I initially thought one was bad because my charger was flashing red and green, but the issue was I didn't have the battery well seated because the plastic housing is very snug when fitting in. I pulled them in and out of tools a few times and I expect they will eventually get a little looser with general use and wear but they were a struggle to start. My battery charger is on a shelf and I had to put my hand under the shelf when pushing the battery down because otherwise the force I had to put on the battery was causing the shelf to bow down before the battery would seat properly.

These batteries make a perfect replacement for my tools. They last longer on a charge that the original ones.

Several of my smaller tools take 12-volt Milwaukee type batteries, as does an electrically-warmed winter coat that I use, and those Milwaukee batteries are not cheap. I can easily use a couple fully-charged ones in the coat in the course of clearing snow from my long driveway in sub-zero weather, so it’s nice to have a couple spares waiting to switch out.These fit the charger just fine, and seem to power my tools fine, but the problem is a very snug fit in the tools. It is very difficult to remove them, and I doubt that I could do it with gloves on (either work gloves or winter gloves). The genuine Milwaukee battery slides in and out just fine, but these after-market ones are just too tight to remove easily, although it can be done with some effort.As far as power, it’s difficult to do a direct comparison, since my current batteries are several years old. These are 1/3 the price of the genuine article, so if you can live with a struggle to remove them, it might be worth it.

These are perfect battery replacement for my milwaukee m12 screw driver. They work just as well as the Milwaukee brand and for only a fraction of the cost. They're even the same color and you wouldn't even notice that they're an off brand unless you took a close look. All that matters is that it's functional and this one is!

Yeah maybe genuine Milwaukee batteries do last longer and have more power but not 60 or more dollars more. These batteries lasts almost the same as its counterpart. To me I love it I get two for half the price of one and really not that much of a difference in performance.
