After a little kneading in icing sugar this marzipan rolled smoothly and 1.5 packs covered a 9” fruit cake beautifully. Traditional flavour and colour. Would recommend.

.This marzipan is very pliable and .therefore easy to model into shapes. It is also very natural in the taste - very little essence - a fault I find in similiar products. As I usually use this marzipan forConfectionary such as covering dates or walnuts for example or chocolate covered marzipan withfinely chopped ginger, it is veryImportant that the marzipan istasting as natural as possible. TooMany are coated with meltedChocolate for my taste !!! Just ordering some more ! Doesn't lastLong in our house!!

Made a fruit cake for mothers day (for the kids to give to mum) and it called for a Marzipan topping, something I always hated. But, I wasn't making it for me so I stuck the the recipe.I had no idea just how good Marzipan was, I guess years of eating cheap stuff used on mass produced cakes had me off for life. Renshaw, congratulations you have totally converted me with this delicious product.Many thanks also to Mary Berry for telling me how to make the best cake I ever ate. Sadly I don't dare buy your cake books because your recipe was so easy I'd end up making cakes every weekend :).

So easy to use and saves a lot of time As you don’t have to manipulate and roll out a large block of marzipan. I wish you could get bigger sizes though. Although this is for use on A maximum of an 8 inch cake if carefully handled, you can make it fit a 9 inch, but you must be very careful. That’s why I think it should be offered in 10 and 12 inch sizes.. It’s also good value for money

Wenn man weißes Marzipan bestellt und einfach 'Marzipan Farbe' bekommt, ist das schön enttäuschend. Ja es schmeckt und lässt sich gut verarbeiten, ABER es sollte verboten werden da weiß drauf zu schreiben und es auch so zu verkaufen. Denn dann hätte ich auch kleinere Pakete, auch teurer gekauft, aber diese wären wirklich weiß gewesen. Am Bild erkennt man den Unterschied. Die Verpackung daneben ist weiß. Das Marzipan jedoch nicht. Vom daher 2 Punkte Abzug weil es einfach falsch verkauft wird. Jetzt muss ich nochmal weißes kaufen und das Kilo anders verarbeiten.
