How to get this replaced under warranty??? *by M***S on May 1, 2026* I bought this Honeywell 1114-LP2488-1224 through Amazon on March 14, 2025. On March 4, 2026, I emailed the Honeywell customer service because one of the latches broke. My understanding by reading the warranty is that Honeywell covers this for one year. Unfortunately, I have no replies from Honeywell. Because Amazon only allows returns/exchanges on this produce for one month, I'm not sure what my recourse is. While the safe is satisfactory for what I store in it, the latches are cheap plastic that break easily. You can see in the picture the latch on the left will not close.
