I got this for my hemorrhoidectomy recovery. I really like the therapeutic lavender smell and it provides relief. I feel rather clean after using these in a warm sitz bath. The salts do not dissolve as quickly compared to a different brand I was using, but I do like this one since it doesn't leave behind an oily residue and once again, the scent is pleasant. I'd buy this again if I run out and need more for soaks.

These salts are recommended to be used as sitz baths and soaking salts for hemorrhoids and post partum recovery. They contain epsom salts along with reported dead sea salts and a large number of essential oil products. If you use them in the recommend amounts, they say to only use 1 ounce of salts in 3/4 of a sitz bath of water. If you use this much, then a bag will last you for 14 uses. This makes each use about $1.45. If you use it in a bathtub, they recommend you use 4 ounces in 4 inches of water and that makes each use about $5.71. The salts themselves dissolve easily in warm water and have a very pleasant scent. They work well as epsom salts and the extra oils in them do make you feel relaxed. If you have any sort of allergies or reactions to scents or oils, you may want to think twice about this kind of product. There are quite a few oils in here so read all the ingredients carefully before purchase.

These definitely helped me after having my baby! I was in a tremendous amount of pain and these helped soothe a lot of it. Bonus: they also smell good!

Been using this for pretty bad hemorrhoids. Didn’t clear them up, but did make them significantly less itchy and painful. Really relaxing too. The scent is luxurious. The only negative is the price. It’s a little steep.

I got this for after surgery and I love it. It would also be great for after you had a baby or if you just have sore muscles. It smells great and is relaxing in a bath. It helps with pain and also helps to heal quicker.
