For a glue gun, I would say this gets a solid B+. It's doing its job. It's not blowing me away by any means; the stand doesn't really hold it up and since it drips some out the nozzle it could be a potential hazard if you're not careful. Definitely a "put a plate under it" gun. Otherwise, it heats up fast, keeps the glue hot in the barrel, and since the sticks and nozzle are small it is a good precision gun. The feed from one stick to the next is pretty rough and requires quite a bit of assistance until it catches, but honestly this may be a good thing for a precision tool since it errs on the side of too little rather than too much at once. It comes with a lot of glue sticks and the glue has seemed good quality too.

This glue gun works well and heats up nicely. It is smaller than it appears in the photo but isn't an issue for me. It's great to store away after use.

It's a very basic glue gun, so it's nothing fancy. It comes with the glue gun, 30 glue sticks, and some holder I think but I couldn't figure out how the holder works. The instructions say it could take up to 5-8 minutes to warm up, but it was more like a minute or two. It didn't seem to ooze out any glue unless I pressed on the trigger. There's an on and off switch on the bottom, which I didn't notice until later. One thing that I wasn't a fan of was the plug in wasn't very sturdy. It was easy to come out if I accidentally tugged on the cable. Other than that the glue gun worked as it should.

I like this glue gun very well. I wanted it for the house as a starter glue gun for our kids. They're really into craft products and have been asking for a glue gun. I have many fond memories of building projects with a glue gun as a child so I thought it was time they had one. I like that this glue gun comes with a very decent amount of glue to begin with. I like that it's got a very clearly marked on/off switch. The stand doesn't really work all that well but that's common with glue guns. Overall, this is a very good basic glue gun.

Great basic glue gun. Once you own a hot glue gun there is no going back. It will give you a whole new perspective in life. That shower hook broke off? Let's hot glue it. That patch you want on your backpack? Let's hot glue it. That crack on your sea monkey aquarium? Let's hot glue it. That mason jar we are turning into lamp? Let's hot glue it. Those feathers you want to make into a cat toy? Let's hot glue it.Your life will never be the same.

This kit is a great deal! The gun is small but it heats up fast and works well enough. I appreciate that it comes with glue sticks so you can get started right away. Only con is that the melting isn't as smooth as it could be.

My wife is an art teacher, and she spends her summer working on new projects for her students. This is a great low-cost glue gun for detail work - it's small, and uses the thin glue sticks and she gets a nice tight bead where needed for small, detailed work. The glue doesn't ooze out and the gun heats up pretty quick. Overall the only complaint she has is that the cord is a little short for her tastes ... it limits her ability to move around her craft table because the cord is only a few feet so she's pretty much stationary which is unhelpful when she needs to move around a project (rather than moving the project). But based on the price and quality she still gives it 5 stars and has added an extension cord to it so has more mobility around the craft table.

Nice little hot glue gun. It works very well but the stand for it doesnt work that great.
