Less muscle cramps
After my first sip I thought I made a horrible mistake. But the taste grew on me and I actually like it now. As a vegetarian I was concerned about getting enough amino acids. This daily supplement helps me feel more energetic and helped keep my muscle cramps away. I'm on my second tub and plan to keep using it.

Just say No!
If I could give it zero stars, I would. I got the tropical flavor, and the taste of stevia was so strong I couldn’t even make it through one serving. (I am not sure if it’s monk fruit, stevia or a combination of the two.) It really irks me that companies are allowed to put stevia in their products, and list it as a natural ingredient, rather than tell you what’s really in there. Stevia is proofing to be harmful for your gut, lead to blood sugar problems, and is ineffective at managing weight loss. Even if it is natural because it comes from a plant, doesn’t mean it’s good for you. Maybe just use real cane sugar and have the guts to claim it on the label? Anyone want a free almost full package of this stuff, lemme know.

Mixes well and tastes great!
Everything I've gotten from momentous you can feel a difference when taking it. I could be wrong but this is similar to taking whey protein without all the carbs and calories, only the aminos you find in whey it tastes great to

It makes me nauseous
I cannot physically take this. It just makes my stomach so nauseous that it is undrinkable to me. I like the brand and its advocates. But it does not work with me. It is not a slight upset that I can just get through it - it is overwhelming. And even if I split the dose into 4 - it still is just too uncomfortable. I can handle most things, so I am not sure what about this is too much for me. For example I take powdered ascorbic acid and that is no problem. I switched to thorne and that is fine for my tolerance.

Strong flavor is slightly offputting
I wish this was either offered in more flavors, or unflavored as this was the only flavor offered, and it’s quite strong. It can’t be mixed into anything else but water or a similar juice flavor.
