This book covers a topic I had never heard about, the metabolic flexibility diet. This diet teaches your body when to use carbs as fuel and when to use fats as fuel. The beginning of the book explains how the diet works, what it entails, and what its goals are. THen we get into what you should be doing to get to this flexibility point. This book has about 150 recipes that utilize whole foods and ingredients that work with the goals of the diet. The directions and ingredient lists are well written and explained. I learned a lot from this book.

Follow these and the exercises and you can lose the weight by speeding up your metabolism. The six weeks has some great recipes, so it should be easy to follow.
