It has a mild flavor, but good. It’s more date than rose and I like that more! It’s packaged nicely. I know it’s not its intended purpose but it helps boost my breast milk. Which I need. And you get a lot of servings compared to the one intended for mothers for milk boost! I drink it 2-3 times a day!

Great tea to help stimulate lactation. Learned about it when came across a TikTok about Chinese confinement. I would greatly recommend to mom’s postpartum. I even packed a few bags in my hospital bag to have while I’m there. I would recommend not overdoing it especially in the beginning because it’s effectiveness when baby isn’t drinking loads anyway. Fresh and tastes good. A good value for the price as well.
