Sharp, slice thin
I bought these to make very thin slices of jalapeno and serrano peppers and the two small peelers are perfect. The larger is best for zucchini and potatoes. The smaller ones seem to have dulled a little since purchase, but they have a long way to go until they are unusable and you cant beat the price.
