Excellent seeds. Put down Feb13 2021. I put epsom salt and lime pellets for gardening on top of it and watered down. The mix between the two I made it my self. If you can't see its on a sanding ground. All we have is sand in my area. No tilling what so ever. The two product was told to me by my late uncle. Excellent seeds and strong roots. I am having a hell of time cutting each week but I love it. Buy it its great seeds

I planted this seed in two difficult growing areas in my lawn. The grass grew in lush and green and is spreading to surrounding spots.

Didn't germinate anywhere used on multiple soil types with cover.

I was surprised how fast it germinated and sprouted, five days. Planted in a section that never gets direct sunlight, so tall fescue struggles. This Creeping Red Fescue is growing like gang busters!

I spread evenly and had-water everyday with a sprinkler. Coming in beautifully. I also covered with a garden cloth and garden staples to keep moist the first 2 weeks.

Fairly easy to grow - good for shaded areas. I bought two more bags at the farmers CO-OP a lot cheaper.

I have spent my life in the lawn & garden industry, studied Horticulture and followed all of the appropriate steps to ensure a successful germination for my lawn this fall. Germination was about 10% at best. Buyer beware!!!

Seeds worked great. I used it to fill in bare patches in dense shade. Germination rate is very high.
