NOT Glitter!
I specifically bought this because it's advertised as glitter. I needed nice, fine, shiny, dusty, powdery, edible glitter for a confection. These are flakes, or crystals if you will, as the previous reviewer mentioned. I will try to grind it finely, but it's not glitter.

It’s shiny, but it’s not glitter
This is not glitter, there is zero sparkle to them. They shine because they are semi-transparent flakes. They don’t have a taste, and they don’t hold shape in drinks - they melt like colored sugar
