It will flash and beep for a few minutes and then pause for awhile and continue to flash and beep periodically until you turn it off.

Q: Is the keychain just a travel container? Does it alarm?

The travel keychain that comes with the MedQ Daily Pill Box Reminder will not alarm or alert. The Liberty Pill Keychain is a travel keychain.

Q: I never received the keychain. Is this supposed to be a separate purchase?

I've gotten 4 of the Med-Q boxes, and have never received key chain shown in the image.

Q: Who can I contact for replacement parts for this??
