My original bag lasted for 5 months before it unfortunately became damaged due to a quality issue. This suggests the bag is not built for extremely rough use over the long term. The excellent news is that the company provides a fantastic 2-year warranty. I filed a complaint, and the process was quick: I was able to get a replacement for the damaged bag after just 3 days! Overall a good cross body bag
It is an amazing sling cross body bag albeit TSA number lock which invariably all other brands like Bange, Red Lemon et al provide.

Not used yet but looks good. Expandable capacity is a great feature. Size - length - is also good. Not too tall. Quality seems good
