Do they pick them up from garbage bins?
Cheap quality pot and that too filled with dirt and scratches. Looks like they picked it up from junkyard. Pure scam. The flowers were in decent shape. Hopefully I didn't buy it for the the pot but for flowers. I'm using them for other purposes.
