Great Customer Support
I bought this to plug in my monitor splitter but It did not work with my computer. I think it has something to do with the video card. I do how ever use it for my USB mouse and keyboard. My laptop has (2) USB plug ins but when I have my mouse/keyboard plugged into it with my monitor splitter it glitches and does work properly. So I have my mouse/keyboard USB plugged into this Lemorele USB Dock and it works great for that. It been a year since I purchased this and I started having issues with it where my computer was saying the USB plugged in is not working properly. So I tried the USB and Dock on another laptop and it worked fine. I reached out to the Manufacture customer support and they responded within 24hours. They gave me some instructions on trouble shooting and it worked! My docking station and USB are back working properly again. Thank yoU!

Didn't last 3 months
I know is cheap, but less than 3 months, really???????? Easy to install and to use, works fine until it doesn't, I bought it in June 4 2023 and today 8/28/23 all of a sudden not working for no reason.

Very handy and great tech support
Bought this for my wife’s laptop so she could extend her monitors to two screens and expand her USB ports. Works great. Had an issue and reached out to their tech support and got a replacement after some troubleshooting. Great support. Would buy again and from this company.

Accomplishes its goal (mostly)
Doesn't work with an M series Mac except passthrough of a single monitor at least this is my experience. However it works great with my Microsoft Surface Pro 3. Small and compact enough to travel with. Cheap plastics but thats the norm at this level.

Finally one that works as advertised.
Went through 3 different bands of docks before finding this one. Thankfully this one works as advertised!!I am aware of the signal types that wasn't the issue. The first one I ordered kept flickering both screens on and off. Measuring I found there was so much noise on the data lines the monitors were not able to retain connection. The second brand strait up lied about having working USB-3.0 ports, they were 2.0 and didn't even run at full 2.0 speeds. This one works and does what it claims to do!! With both monitors connected the USB port aren't full 3.0 speed but they are plenty fast enough while far surpassing 2.0 speeds. Easy, simple, does what it's supposed to do! Thank you!

Creates a bulky look on monitor
I bought this docking station because of the cheap price... I should have known what I was getting into. While this product is not a horrible value for the price, I would still consider shelling out some more money for a higher quality docking station. One Pro of this product is the amount of displays you can attach, the biggest downside is the quality. I have very high quality monitors but once connected to the docking station, quality drops fairly substantially.Overall, not horrible quality for the price. But I cannot in good faith recommend this product to others. Especially if they are using very high quality monitors and want to maintain the quality.

Eficiente
Eficiente. Conecta 2 pantallas a la laptop, así que puedo trabajar con 3 pantallas al total. Antes de comprar ver antes si es compatible con su laptop.

Garbage. Killed 2 portable hard drives in 4 weeks.
In my life I've had 3 (THREE) hard drives die on me. 1 was almost a year old. The other 2 were in the last 4 weeks. Both hard drives were new. A Toshiba 2TB drive bit it after less than a month. "Wow, weird from Toshiba!" thought I. The other one was 6 hours old, a 5TB Seagate. Yeah yeah, Seagates are iffy. I've had several, but never had one of them die.I was dumbfounded. Then I realized the only thing they had in common was both were connected to this piece of skit when they died. I was actually copying the files I nearly lost from the Toshiba onto the Seagate. 6+ hours copying at a horrible 20MB/s down the tube.FYI, only 1 of the 10 ports was connected to a hard drive both times this happened. My system is a newer Lenovo (not one of the incompatible ones listed for this product!) on Windows 11 with 32GB RAM.Of course I'm a week out of the return window for this cheap garbage hardware that has cost me over $200, hours of my life, and my terrabytes of data.FYI: it sucked managing multi monitors, too.
