I looked and looked for a set that wasn't overly expensive, yet had the quality and functionality I was looking for. I found it in this set! I've gotten so many compliments on this patio set. It's comfortable, easy to assemble, and looks great! I have to throw in, as well, that I contacted customer service about a delivery/fulfillment question and they got back to me right away. I would definitely recommend using this company and buying this set. The only thing is that I would like the back to be a little higher, but it's been just what we've wanted and we're so happy we bought this.

Who ever came up with the plan to pack this item for shipping was so efficient! It was literally in 4 boxes and saw it thinking “no way” all of this is in those boxes. BYT the were! The glass top on the ottoman also came unbroken which I was pleased with. Quality of cushions seems to be good.. the material of the cushions you can tell are water resistant. Comfort wise it’s ok.. for the price I think it’s pretty good for what you get.. Assembly is complicated. If it wasn’t for my husband and his electric tools to spied up the process it can he extremely time consuming with an Allen wrench not to mention some sore finger tips hand screwing things in then tightening with the wrench. After figuring out a few things the power tools helped tremendously. On Shipping it was very confusing and there was no communication. First we didn’t know how many boxes were coming and the cane on 2 different days. As a result I filed a complaint with Amazon and had to re read reviews to understand how many boxes there should be. I also had calls in to the 3rd party shipping company to make arrangements and find out about missing packages. Would be nice upon purchase to understand how many boxes are coming and if it is in 1 or 2 shipments. Time will tell on the furniture hold up in weather and sun. (Note-fire pit was purchased separately in picture)

We love our new patio set! We looked online and in local stores and even Costco sets were $2500+. This set is a great value for what you get. The cushions aren’t super thick, but very comfortable and we have spent hours at night on them. The colors are gorgeous. It does take about 3-4 hours to put together (even with a very handy husband!). If you are in the market for a great outdoor sectional this is THE ONE!

The seller had great communication after it was first ordered and gave all tracking as it comes in 5 separate boxes. Took a little bit to build but is sturdy and very comfortable. The covers are a little flimsy not sure how they will hold up over time but over all a great set.

Love the turquoise color! Comfortable considering how much it costs. The back pillows are on the shorter side. Cushions do slide because they aren't attached.

I received this 9 piece set within a matter of a few days (less than a week). The set came in two shipments, the furniture one day and the cushion covers the next day. Not too bad to assemble after getting a piece or two assembled. This set appears to be sturdy and well made. I have not used it yet as I wait for a new awning to be placed on my pool deck. I truly believe this will suit our needs for many years if cared for like it should be cared for (covered in the winter and not left out in the elements). I would recommend this 9 piece set. As stated, so far,so good!

We purchased this sectional with high hopes, due the people reviews. After receiving this sectional, I contacted Rattan due to being unhappy with the quality of the couch. The wicker seems cheap, pillows are not full, and they told me that the quality was not an issue, just look at the reviews! I asked to return this couch more than once, but they insisted we keep it and not return it! My husband and I decided we’d put it all together then we can truly see how the couch is. It took 4 hours or more to assemble couch, cushions, table! We finished late at night, the next morning after the sun had hit the couch for a couple hours the wicker was sunken in on the table and the back of the couch! I contacted the seller again for the 4th time telling them I was not happy with the quality after we assembled and set it up. They told me then that the couch was just for suggested use in a shaded patio area! No where on the description did it mention only for shaded patio areas!They told me i could disassemble it and return it! Keep in mind i wanted to return it while it was all still in boxes! And not they want me to disassemble it and return! The pictures even show it being out in a yard in direct sunlight! I emailed again this morning requesting for a refund and I have yet to hear from them! I would not recommend this “outdoor” sectional couch to anyone using outdoors! Definitely not worth the price! I will be contacting Amazon directly regarding this issue!

This complete set took about a month for shipping... It came in 4 boxes, all on different days!!! The assembly was easy and the instructions were adequate. I had no problems as I put this set together myself. That sucked! But it was well worth the wait! This set is beautiful, the color pops and it fits perfectly in my sunroom!
