## Questions & Answers

**Q: How do you attach the threaded bracket to the plate?  The (4) pegs fit the (4) holes, but I don’t understand how to secure the (2) pieces together.**
A: I am wondering if you received a defective Hawk. Mine came with the bracket firmly attached to the plate. All I had to do was screw on the handle with the washer. I believe the bracket is soldered onto the plate. Maybe they did not do a good solder job on yours and it worked itself loose in shipment.

**Q: Is stainless steel?**
A: I'm pretty sure it's aluminum

**Q: Will the item form rust even though its aluminum? I have three Marshalltown stainless steel trowels and edgers yet they form rust within minutes**
A: Aluminum will never rust.
Theres many grades of stainless steel Stainless steel. 
Stainless steel is not rust proof its somewhat rust resistant and it also has to do with the amount of iron in the water
