Everfresh Natural Foods Org Sprout Spelt Bread 400g - ENF-23

It wasn't *that* bad, but it's not for me.It's a bit dry.It does have a long expiry as long as it's kept in its wrapper, unopened, but it goes stale very quickly when left opened. It's also very crumbly. It honestly wouldn't be that bad if it was less crumbly, but I suppose it has to be, for it to remain shelf-stable for so long.

I purchased this particular brand based on the picture above and thought I was getting a decent loaf of bread with nuts or at least flakes...however the bread I received was not the same as pictured and is quite heavy, difficult to cut, and is a bit chewy however goes good with cheese. I will do more research and find one not so heavy and one that is easier to cut without falling apart. Further to this comment I didn't receive this until after the expected delivery date. Given the cost of the bread plus shipping I will go elsewhere next time but thanks for the opportunity to try.

Although I liked the taste of the bread, I was surprised by the small size of it! For this reason I will probably not purchase it again.
