Stopped working not reliable
Stopped working after 10 weeks. And there is no warranty and amazon is not doing anything. Waste of money as i bought 3 from them.

Good product
This is a fantastic product, we only need to check thickness of soap before fill it, or this product will be damaged. If we fill it with proper thickness of liquid handwash, it will work long-lasting.

Stopped working after 6 weeks
Don’t buy. Stopped working after 6 weeks. I tried to clean pipe and recharged. But still no more liquid is coming through. No warranty and no customer aid from Amazon. It is a total waste of money and Amazon will not provide any solution. So you won’t get any replacement or repair once it doesn’t work anymore. Compared to other Amazon customer services this Indian Amazon service is sh**! ***Update 22.7.25*** After I left this review the seller contacted me. I got a replacement for a small handling fee. So I was really surprised and thankful that they care about their customers, though there is no warranty for this product. I am happy to tell that right now, the product works and I hope it will stay that way. If it works, it is really making good soap foam and it is so handy not to push/press and get Everything dirty before washing hands.

Very useful and a great quality
Very elegant product and works well as of now it's been close to a month on the first time, single charge. Looking great on our counter tops. We bought a couple of them already and gifted too. Thanks for the good product and such quality product line is much appreciated by any customer. I feel price is also considerably descent.

Proceed cautiously
Item stopped working after 7-8 days. There is light but motor sound is not working. Putting in this much money for soap dispenser and it did not even last 6 months. Not so good product. Had a very bad experience, please improve. Amazon said return window closed and there is no warranty.so be careful before purchase
