I've had other purple gel colors turn my buttercream blue. This food coloring lets me tint my buttercream from the palest lavender to a deep purple! Pro-gel is now my go-to gel coloring brand!!!

Works great with gum paste and fondant

I bought this to get an eggplant color for some macarons I'm making for a wedding. I wanted to get a deep eggplant color, this color is perfect and didn't brown when I baked the macarons. I will order this again.

Ich habe es für einen Kuchen verwendet. Hatte am Anfang Angst dass es zu wenig für einen ganzen Rührteig ist, aber das Gegenteil war der Fall. ICh hatte schon zuviel, sodass es schon ziemlich dunkel Lila wurde. Ich denke hätte ich etwas weniger genommen, hätte es einen wunderschönes Lilla ergeben, aber alles in ein Rührteig was definitief zuviel.Die Masse lässt sich super verarbeiten und erfüllt voll und ganz seinen Sinn.
