Used this for years. Sharpens easily and holds its edge for a good while

We used this for culling and processing chickens. It cut through skin and internals like a breeze. It has a textured handle for grip which is nice. It is dishwasher friendly. It appears well made. My wife wants to replace all of our knives with these.
