Love that this folds up flat and also so easily by pulling up a small lever. Light and easy enough to get out and put away every day.

I read a lot of reviews for these steps, many of which focused on the fact that these are not as lightweight as expected. They are not made entirely of aluminium - the treads are steel - so they aren't featherlight, but they are still easy to carry, partly because they fold up quite flat so they aren't cumbersome to walk with. I have found them really good to use, they are stable, sturdy and strong. The balance of steel treads and aluminium frame seems to work very well. They are a vast improvement on my previous pair of steps, which were 100% steel, much heavier and awkward to lift and carry. I'd buy this brand again, the quality is excellent.

My Husband and I were looking for a very light weight pair of steps that was strong easy to transport and very stable.after looking through all the steps we were drawing a blank none of them looked to be strong with a nice wide tread which was needed as we are both in our seventies, then I spotted this Halo pair knowing that my Husband had already got two pairs of Halo taller steps and a ladder ,I thought I would order a set, and to say the least he is very pleased so far and I am .Light east to carry with one hand nice wide tread and very easy adjustment and will store very easy. so far after only a short period of use they are very good, quite expensive but very well made and from a good firm.We both would recommend these steps.

Very satisfactory. Robust, well made. Would be more helpful if the hand rail stood higher to give more support and safety when climbing onto second step. Folds away neatly. Not too heavy to move about.

I wanted some steps for the kitchen and the only available storage space was behind an open door, against the wall. These are perfect. They fold flat and look stylish enough to stay in the house. The steps are sturdy and great for reaching the back of the higher kitchen cupboards. I would definitely recommend them for anyone wanting steps for a similar purpose.

A very safe and secure set of steps, and lightweight. I saw there had been some concerns raised in other reviews about the safety catch but we've found it very intuitive to use. The steps fold very flat which is also useful for storage.

Superb lightweight yet sturdy steps with handle for extra security. Already used them numerous times since buying. A little bit more expensive than some others but definitely value for money. No hesitation in recommending. Also worth noting that the delivery was prompt.

Aus diesem Grunde kommen für uns nur bekannte Markenhersteller in Betracht.Hailo gibt hier für Privatanwendung eine Garantie von 10 Jahren.Alles in allem Top Qualität zum fairen Preis. C'est bizarre, quand on vieillit, on n'arrive plus à atteindre le haut des placards. Il faut constamment une chaise pour attraper des trucs et je ne parle pas de faire les carreaux. Plutôt que d'aller chercher dans le garage le grand escabeau à 3 marches lourd et encombrant, j'avais pris l'habitude d'utiliser le marche-pied que les petits-enfants utilisent dans la salle de bain mais même avec ça, j'étais souvent obligée de me mettre sur la pointe des pieds.Avec ce nouvel escabeau, pas de souci... Comme il ne prend vraiment pas de place (environ 5 cm une fois plié), j'ai réussi à le caler le long de l'armoire dans ma chambre. Du coup, je l'ai à portée de main...Il est léger, bien stable avec ses marches antidéparantes et perchée sur la dernière marche, j'arrive au plafond. Beaucoup mieux qu'une chaise pas facile à escalader ou qu'un marche-pied trop petit.

Muy buena. Robusta, ligera (pesa 3.3 kilos), fácil de abrir y cerrar. Plegada ocupa muy poco, cabe en cualquier hueco. El peldaño superior tiene la misma altura que subirse a una silla normal de las de la cocina y es eso justo lo que yo quería: mi madre tiene la malísima costumbre de subirse a las sillas cada vez que necesita algo de una alacena alta o de un armario y eso a la larga acaba estropeando las sillas. Malo para las sillas, claro. Pero también porque cualquier día a una de ellas se le afloja algo mientras mi madre está subida encima y el golpe puede ser fino.Yo quería regalarle una escalera pequeña, de la misma altura que una silla. Algo que pudiese guardar en la misma cocina para que no le diese pereza ir a buscarla al garaje, como le pasa con el resto de escaleras que tienen en casa.Misión conseguida: desde que la tiene (casi) no ha vuelto a subirse a ninguna silla.OJO: ¡no es un taburete! No sé cómo le han puesto ese nombre. No vale para sentarse.
