These are great! there is a bit of support in the arch, and I was able to add an additional shoe pad on top of them. I used shoegoo to stick them to the innersole, and to stick the pad to them. I added them to a shoe that was too big, and they now fit perfect! So, I'd say this combo adds about half a shoe size.I needed to trim them to my size, but that just meant following the lines - they are marked with European sizes, but easy to follow once you learn your size.They won't work for all shoes, though - not on flats, or anything open, as the edges curve up to assure that they taper up along the inner sides of the shoe. So these are for sneakers/trainers/tennis shoes, oxfords/mocs, loafers, etc. The blue color really makes them more for athletic shoes, though. Wish they had just plain black.

update after 3 more weeks: The insole started to bend and the foam quickly broke down when subjected to steps not in the direction intended. I'm knocking a star off of durability because this folding was entirely accidental and a result of the materials.original review: These foam insoles from DLOSN are surprisingly good so far. I've been using a pair in my daily shoes for a week and they're holding up well. I'm not sure they're memory foam though. The only place I can observe even a slightly slowed/memory-like spring is in the raised pad in the heel. The bulk of the insoles foam is all compressed and seems more like a standard foam.The trim line pattern visible at the bottom of the insole isn't consistently centered. I used my old, worn insole as a template to trace where to cut these insoles. These DLOSN insoles aren't quite as wide as the 10 Wide insole I was tracing, but only a few millimeters smaller so it still worked out. A few of the insoles in my set of 6 had a crease and some defects in the blue fabric top. They were still functional and the pack is a great value.

These work ok but I have a small foot and these had to be trimmed due to the width. I don’t like having to alter items that I bought specifically to fix a size issue to begin with.

These gel cushions, or just as good as the namebrand for a fraction of the cost. Play hold up whale in common of variety of sizes.
