This is a must have for golfers. I was able to use them the other day and they worked great. It has been a very high heat index summer for us in VA. So these were great for the times you are setting idle, waiting for the group in front to go or even waiting on your partner to hit their ball. We keep them on the highest speed, because again we had a high heat index. But you could feel the fan even on low. Don’t let the size fool you, they move some air. They are not industrial fans, nor are they A/C units, but they do move air and that helps.

This fan is awesome! It really works to cool you off while golfing. It is a good size and attached to the golf cart well. It is well made and does not make a lot of noise. This is great for your golfing family and friends.

As an avid golfer but sensitive to the sun, I tend to get overheated quickly. I bought these fans to keep the airflow going. There are three speeds and very quiet. I especially love that you to plug it in using the USB ports, because you don’t have to worry about the battery dying by the middle of your round. My husband loves them too! Great for the price. I highly recommend.

The attachment clamp and various rubber grommets are designed very well and superior to any clamp design that fall off of cart canopy post. The 5" fan could be larger. The amount of air propelled from fan could be increased with larger fan blades. Very well constructed with no windings to fail.

I upgraded the usb to 3.0 as part of this fan installation (upgrading from 500 mA to 900mA hoping to get more power as this is 3.0 compatible). I should have tested it pre swapping out usb to see the difference. I did try to test an older usb fan I had laying around to compare and it would no longer work on the high speed (strangely it worked on level 1 and 2, I am not an engineer and can’t explain that one). The fan is smaller than I thought. I ended up mounting to the door works piece instead of the cart frame. With door works installed and that front little quarter piece in place, there was not a good placement on the cart frame. The fan itself does generate more air than I expected and much more than my older fan (albeit on level 2 for that older one). I liked it enough to buy a second one and on this one the mount to the cart is inoperable. The screw does not catch on the clamp that attaches this to the golf cart. This is a significant fault and I will be returning the second one (I may buy another one and see if that’s any better) Three stars due to issues with second device

Best fan ever. It works perfectly; easy to install and remove. A must for hot days.

Did not work with my 2021 Club Car (Onward). Was able to connect to a standard USB charger in my home and it worked. After some troubleshooting and reading, it looks like the fan's USB cable is not shielded and the cart requires a shielded cable (see screenshot from cart user manual). If that's listed in the fan spec, I didn't see it. When I use a 3rd party USB hub with a shielded cable to the cart's USB port, then the fan works. Disappointing being as I don't want to add parts to the process. Otherwise, nice fan and easy to install. Unfortunately, not going to work for me.

Bought these golf cart fans for my cart. Easy to install and works great. Good quality for a low price. My wife enjoys having these fans on our hot days in Alabama. Just plug and go once mounted. They have off/on switches so you can leave them plugged in while playing golf.
