nice but 1 psrt of cycle is defective wiring of tyre

I bought it one year before. Exactly after 1 year the this is showing a complain like the accelerator is not working. And when I call the customer care they told they don't have any service here in Kerala so they asked me to send the motor to Punjab and I sent it and after a month they didn't replaced it they just send it back to me they said they fixed it but the problem is that there is no customer service here and and here in local cycle service centre we just replaced the motor but still it is having the same issue they didn't even refered a mechanic or any other person for this issue. They took literally a month for this service and to return it.So it's really very poor product don't ever anyone buy this. Such a Bad service

Cycle is fine tho its seat moves always when ever I tight it it losens up. One good thing about cycle is they made the wire socket from right side of frame so it doesn't get cut. The cycle speed also nice but the tyres are making noise when the are moving especially the front tyre. The disc brake is good but the wire was outside I fixed It my self. Overall good cycle let's see what happens next i will update this if i face any issue in upcoming year. Purchase only if you comute daily 25 km only. Villagers don't buy this cycle buy any other non electric cycle because it's a city comute cycle. The cycle may not perform well in rural areas.

I am writing this review after using the cycle for 1 month! I am uncertain about electric bicycle when I ordered it..As an experiment I have ordered but after receiving it and start using not only me who ever notice riding on electric cycle just mesmerizing in correspondence with it's performance..... Everything( speed, battery charging and capacity , total cycle set up) working fine as specified... it's really superb and eco-friendly and healthy when we want to rest to battery functioning 😀....I am using it for office which is 5kms away from my home...Our total family is happy with the product....Thanks to Leader team... Special thanks to Amazon for providing value worth product (20000/- during Great India Sale 2023)....But dear co buyers first order if you interested then use and put it under observation during return period...if everything fine...keep it and enjoy! with special things like this electric bicycle!...be the one first to experience something new! (but with some caution)....All the best... Leader! you can lead further if service also available atleast in district headquarters....

Pre Asembled is good but it can be better,some spoke are not tight properly also rim quality could be better and front suspension below average its very hard it could be little smooth its not feeling like have a suspension

Guys,,dont buy the product, I bought this on 10th January 2026 but within 3 months the battery became faulty, I called the leader cycles customer care many times and also sent emails regarding the issue, but there is zero response from the seller, The build quality of the product is also very bad, The motor is sounding like stone crushing machine and i am not getting after sales service. My product is within warranty period but no response from seller....dont but and dont waste your hard earned money, there are quality brands in electric cycles available in the market you can buy them.

I am using this cycle since last 08 Months, battery performed as claimed by company i.e. Approx 22-24 KM in one charge. Charger of cycle stopped functioning, customer care personnel were very helpful. They carried out fault finding over video calls on WhatsApp and asked me to return the charger and they provided me with a new charger. Salient Features of the cycle Attractive Design Less charging time comparted to other cycles Horn & Head Lamp Auto Cut off Brakes, i.e. Motor stops functioning when you apply brakes. Disk brakes are efficient This cycle is worth its cost. I am a happy with the product.

Writing this review after using it for one month. Bought this cycle for morning travel to park. But due to its performance using it to commute in city. People nowadays turn around and see cycle riders and ask is it electric. Delivery was little bit delayed. Package was delivered in good condition. Battery life is good. Not too much but ok for city commute. Built quality is good. The shock absorbers are best. Seat is not so comfortable. Overall Happy with the product. Its a value for money, perfect E-Cycle.
