Redragon M811 PRO Wireless RGB Gaming Mouse 26K DPI Remapping Keys

I have had this mouse since June 2024 and I absolutely love it. SUPER responsive, works whether or not you open the companion app. I can use my mouse to type in pins. It is the ONLY mouse I can find besides the AATROX by the same company(which is arguably the same thing despite its separate listing on both Amazon and the company website?) that has this set up. My only complaint is that the LEDs can't really be custom colors and only really work with the presets the app shows. It fits really nicely in my hand, the left and right mouse buttons are large so it doesn't take much to click. I LOVE the shelves for my fingers on the side which make it super comfy long term. It's a fairly quiet mouse overall. Scrolls like any other mouse. It's a little on the heavy side but glides smoothly and easily. Overall, really nice mouse and seems like a fair price for it. I will buy this again when the one I have eventually dies unless another brand makes this style in the future

Let me explain. So I took it upon myself to find a replacement mouse for my old mouse keyboard dongle team. As one might expect, the dongle broke turning the two mechanical wonders into paperweights. I searched, and this brand had a large variety. THIS seemed to be the absolute best of all worlds. Mouse speed and Color change, Check. Ergonomic, check. Programmable buttons, check. Wired functionality, check. Bluetooth, check, except wait, only with a dongle. MAN I was heated. I thought it had a dongle as an OPTION but had its own ability to connect. NOPE. But, despite its one "flaw" I fell in LOVE with this mouse. Now I don't even care that it isn't "Bluetooth" I have the dongle in my PS5 for FFXIV and every other instance I have it plugged in doing work. ZERO diff. Now due to the initial limited USB slots on my Laptop for a minute I was pressed with trying to juggle all the slots but now there's no problem. Recommended it to my coworker and he got one too! This is a durable, reliable, and brilliant product, ESPECIALLY for the price point. You seriously won't be disappointed. Unless, again you only need a bluetooth mouse without any dongle action. Then unfortunately this probably wouldn't be the mouse for you. For literally anything else, this is the bees knees!

I use this MMO mouse mainly for video editing, photo editing and 3D modeling. I needed and use the extra buttons as shortcuts. You can reprogram all of the buttons with its included software. And that is primarily why I bought and use this. It's priced fairly, there are a few that are priced higher than this, but I don't know what else they could offer to justify their price. I guess not having Bluetooth makes its price a bit lower. It does have a good 2.4Ghz connection, however I just have it wired all the time. The included USB cord is very soft in a good way. The cord is like a shoelace, it's light and flexible that it doesn't get in the way. DPI is adjustable and it's mapped on the buttons by default. I'd say the dpi stepping is too wide apart. It's like slow <-> medium <-> fast, which I wish there was more steps in-between, but that's just my preference. My only complaint is the software. I don't know why Red Dragon requires a custom software for each of its products. I also have a Red Dragon keyboard so now I have 2 driver software installed on my computer. Why couldn't get make 1 universal software to control their products? So one wouldn't need to install multiple apps to control the lighting, settings and sensitivity of the same brand of products. The mouse driver app isn't bad itself, but it is very basic. The keyboard app has more lighting options understandably though. There aren't any preview graphics to see what you're changing, unlike the keyboard app that shows you it's lighting previews on-screen.

So far it seems ok, I did put some keyboard grip pieces on the mouse to make it easier to hold on to. Battery life seems really good the clicks feel decent but so far a good deal for the money.

Switching from a Tecknet mouse with 5 side buttons to this, in a similar price range, because of the expanded side buttons. After using it for almost a week, I'm not happy with my choice and will be scouring ebay for a replacement for my discontinued Tecknet. To compare the two, the ergonomics of this Redragon mouse are awful. Only a full wrist-down grip is viable, and I normally do the claw. The center of the mouse is raised up super high, presumably to give it a more vertical grip angle, but this just causes issues. I have smaller hands and I have to choose between being able to reach the main buttons or rotating my hand to be able to use the first 4 numberpad buttons. There's nowhere to really grip the left side of the mouse with your thumb to slide the mouse to the right, if I hold it the way I used to hold my Tecknet (thumb against forward/back buttons) I keep accidentally triggering them because the switches are far too sensitive, the only other option being to stretch my hand out and hold my thumb against the edge of the thumbrest. Twice now typing this review I've accidentally gone to the previous page from just going to grab the mouse and bumping it. There's also no removable weight tray like the Tecknet had, and the mouse is too light for my liking with no recourse. As far as software goes, I'm happy with the tuning program for this mouse on the surface. Macro setup was nearly identical to the Tecknet, with good options available for dpi and whatnot. But... upon setting up a quick rapid fire macro identically to the one I made for my Tecknet, the mouse seems to almost lose connection between clicks (every 40ms.) My Tecknet allowed me to move the mouse to continue aiming while holding a key with the same rapid fire macro, and I shouldn't have to explain how "being able to move your aim" is a benefit when using a rapid fire macro. With this Redragon, the mouse completely stops reporting movement every time the macro makes a click. Beyond this, it will randomly slow down and stop when moving in a direction, as if your DPI randomly starts dropping like a bad call connection. This makes games unplayable with any kind of precision or consistency, and makes just using the mouse at all a frustrating and annoying endeavor. This is basic functionality stuff, no mouse labelled PRO should have issues I'd expect from something off of aliexpress for 8 dollars. My only positive is the battery and wireless setup. My Tecknet was wired, as have most of my previous mouses, so it's nice to have a wireless one and not worry about a bunched up wire pushing my mouse around when using the numpad in a game, for example. The battery life is fantastic. It came at 70%, as indicated by the app. It dropped to 40% earlier today, 5 days later. But, to keep comparison in mind... the Tecknet was hardwired. I'm almost embarassed I spent so much time writing this, maybe a sense of duty to warn others. It's just not worth it, the quality control is awful and the mouse isn't great even if it worked as intended. Go with another brand, I sound like a Tecknet shill but I've had 3 of their offerings and not once been disappointed, but other brands are available. Even Razer has some decently priced stuff.

to start, it's like 30 bucks you can't ask for too too much, and ultimately it is a pretty good deal. But to get into it: does it work as a mouse? yes. Sometimes it doesn't play nice with the computer and it can feel laggy or stuttery across the screen, because of this sometimes trying to click on something small can be a pain. it does fit nicely in my hand and the little thumb rest and pinky rest are nice. The scroll wheel is not RGB customizable. Not sure why, just haven't gotten it to sync. I would've said it's a battery meter, but everything glows red when the battery is low so...idk. Overall, it's a budget RGB gaming mouse. it does it's job. But I wouldn't raid with it or play FPS with it.

Almost exactly what I was looking for. I use this mouse on Linux. While it doesn't support software, I can still use the buttons as numbers. So as long what you're using it for supports custom mapping, you can hotkey it to any number 1-8. I haven't tried to re map the 2 buttons above the "number keys", but i assume you can. I use it as a back button more than i thought i would. That's how it comes. Felt surprisingly intuitive. I get plenty of battery life. I can charge and play. I'm fairly indifferent about the rgb. It's cool, but I can't customize it. Thats my fault, though. I wish it was a little heavier. I thought I saw reviews saying it was extremely heavy, and was disappointed to find it was still pretty lightweight imo. Over the course of a 4-6 hour play session on the weekend i didn't get tired of moving it one bit. Seems pin point accurate. I don't need the dpi change, but it's there if you want it. It fits my hand amazingly. I didn't even realize it had a rest for my ring finger AND pinky. No more dragging my fingers on my mat anymore. Feels built decently. Not fragile, but not like FORD TOUGH either. I blame the plastic. If it had a metal shell and was heavier. I'd only use this mouse for the rest of my life. But yeah. My complaints were only opinions and nitpicking so I'm giving it 5 stars unless I need to update my review. I've only had it for maybe a week at the time of posting this.

I bought this and the UtechSmart Venus Pro together as they are very similar and I wanted to try both to see which I preferred. I was looking for a replacement to my Logitech G602 which has cheap, crappy buttons (two of them have the same exact issue where the side buttons don't click well; Logitech quality is not good IMO). The main and most obvious differences in these mice are the side button layout and the shape and finish, both of which will be personal preference. I do somewhat like the side buttons on this mouse, due to having the back/forward buttons separate and larger, but that also means two fewer buttons for other things, and so ultimately I find I prefer the Venus Pro. That said, both mice have the same issue with the smaller buttons, which is that there's nothing distinguishing them, like the raised bars on the F/J keys, so you have to feel your way around to know where you are. It's not terrible by any means, but there really should be some tactile differentiation between some of the buttons. As for the finish, I personally prefer the rougher, grippier surface of the Venus Pro over the smooth, glossy surface of this mouse. I find the Venus to be easier to grip and to just feel more secure in-hand. I also slightly prefer the shape/ergonomics of it, which I find fits my hand a bit better and also results in my accidentally right-clicking less, which I do much more with this mouse (could also be a difference in the pressure required to activate the top buttons) when using it off the mouse pad, e.g. on the chair arm. I initially used the Venus, then switched to this mouse for quite a while, and it just never quite felt as good, and when I finally switched back to the Venus, it instantly felt better. But the biggest reason I think that mouse is better, and why I got fed up with this one and quit using it completely, is that the range on this one is terrible, while the Venus does much better. With the dongles plugged into a hub on the underside of my desk, both mice would work fine on the mousepad directly over it, but if I used them on my closed laptop (on the lid) sitting next to the mousepad, the Venus would work just fine and this one would have trouble. This is with the receiver a mere 14-18" away. And with the receivers plugged into the computer sitting just a few feet away (and plugged into the IO port, which is facing me and the mouse, and with no case to interfere, as the "computer" is currently set up as a test bench/open air system), this mouse was struggling immensely, to the point it was barely usable. The Venus, conversely, has almost no issues. The Venus is by no means perfect, and I'm writing a review on that one as well, but between the two, there's just no contest, and it's the only mouse I've found that has the feature I want, particularly the multiple side buttons, and isn't plagued with bad reviews. I wouldn't say not to get this mouse, as the button layout and the texture and/or shape is likely preferable for some, but make sure the range isn't going to be an issue while within the return window.

An amazing MMO mouse with great accompanying software. Having sloped side buttons makes it easy to memorize and find the button you are looking for with out looking. To get the longest battery life (4+ days for me) I changed the RGB to black, effectively turning it off

Es comodo de usar y el acceso a los botones solo hay que acostumbrarse por lo demas lo tengo hace 10 dias con una carga completa y solo a bajado al 80% eso si OJO sin las luces encendidas. Lo que no me gusta y no entiendo es que el software solo este en ingles y en chino INCREIBLE. Hecho de menos que la rueda del raton no tenga inclinacion a derecha e izquierda pero supongo que no se puede tener todo.Mi valoracion es de MUY BUENO RECOMIENDO LA COMPRA.
