Easy to swallow, good packaging as it fits through the letterbox. I did feel some effects from these tablets, I definitely felt more energised for workouts. However, if I took them and didn’t work out I would then feel quite jittery. So I now only take them a couple of hours before a workout and I do feel like they positively contribute to my energy levels.

I've been taking these macha green tea for a few years now ive just realised they are bad for you is this true.

This is a high quality product. The packaging is good, the product is too. It does what it says it will and seems to be helping me to lose the pounds in a slow and steady way.

Really great tablets, they're good quality, easy to all swallow especially with pop which i find is the best for bigger tablets. Havent really noticed any difference yet but maybe i will if i keep using them for a while longer which i will be. Can't say they smell great but what tablets do so that's nothing
