Best finger climbing tape
The media could not be loaded. Ahhh! I’m in heaven! Adhesion is great. Does not come off when sweaty. I tape four fingers every time I climb (which is my brand of working out). Not because the fingers are injured but because they’re hypermobile. I use a specific under-finger X taping pattern my physical therapist suggested to AVOID hyperextending my proximal interphalangeal joints.I used to use metolius tape, but they’ve changed manufacturers and the tape is not sticky anymore. Goat tape STICKS, is comfortable, and provides the support I need. It tears well but not accidentally (I tear it in thirds to get the strips narrow enough). There’s minimal residue when removing it, and it doesn’t cause skin irritation the way Luco tape does.Yes, Goat tape is expensive. I use a lot, so it probably costs a dollar a day in tape to climb. But would I pay a dollar to avoid injury to my hypermobile fingers? You bet. I just bought my second roll and am so glad I found this tape! Five stars.

Swing big lumber
Best tape you can buy. Nothing else needs to be said.

Super sticky, just the way you want it
This is our family's go to tape for athletics grip. When a baseball, pickleball paddle or lacrosse stick is losing its' grip GOAT tape is what we use. It is tacky, without leaving your hands covered in adhesive. Provides superior grip and both the black and white versions are good looking on whatever you apply them to.

Sticky tape
I had never heard of Goat Tape. I needed it to help apply a hoof cast on my horse. It worked great, easy to apply, much easier than using glue.

Great tape, black ink comes off when wet and makes stains.
This tape is very useful for extra grip and any use where sticky and grippy tape is requiredMy only complaint is that when the tape gets wet the black ink comes off and stains anything it comes in contact with. I wish they had an all white version, or used ink that didn't run when wet.

Expensive But Worth It
Even without tape spray, this tape does a great job staying on.I use for wrapping my wrists; hand; fingers for jiujitsu. All other tape comes off mid-training session. This wrap stays in place 99% of the time.If the tape staying in place in sweaty or wet conditions is important to you; then the cost is worth it.

Disappointed. Doesn't stretch, leaves glue on hands.
I used to tape my thumbs with kinesio tape, and the experience was usually good - KT is durable and flexible, so it feels great on the hand, doesn't rub through and provides excellent protection. However, I always thought it was wasteful (KT is expensive) and not very convenient (because it has a layer that needs to be peeled off, and you need scissors). After reading the rave reviews for this Goat tape, I was excited to buy one! But after using it a few times for lifting, I can say that I'm very disappointed - the only good thing about it is that it can be torn off the roll without scissors. Other than that, it's pretty terrible - it feels like paper, doesn't stretch at all and is hard to wrap around thumbs without it wrinkling. If I add just one layer, I don't feel secure, if I add more, it won't let me bend my thumb and is uncomfortable. And worst of all, it leaves glue on the skin when I take it off - and that glue is really hard to wash off. A roll of kinesio tape costs just a few bucks more than Goat tape - so I guess I'll stick with that one for my activities.Update: ended up getting Jerkfit Nubs for my thumbs and can't be happier.

Precio algo elevado, la cinta no me duro más de 15 minutos en los pulgares, además de que es muy dura y debes tener práctica al usarla

Tape for Gymnastics, Powerlifting, CrossFit
Really good tape for sports. It’s not the soft kind (texture similar to medical tape) but the grip on the sticky and top sides is great. I used it during CrossFit workouts for powerlifting and doing any gymnastics (pull ups, etc). Also used it to take my wrist while recovering from an injury. It stabilized the wrist and I was pain free afterwards. Overall, I would recommend.

Works great
I use it instead wrist wraps. Stays tight with just a couple of wraps.

Great value for money
Extremely sticky! I am a wheelchair tennis player and I use GOAT tape to avoid/cover existing blisters on my fingers. It works great! Rips easily by hand, no scissors required. I’ll definitely buy again!
