Great Pan
I like this pan, very easy to clean, cooks great, I’m put off by non-stick pans so gave this a go, I’m very happy with it.

Not great - all food fried on this pan sticks
I wouldn't recommend it. All food I have fried on the pan gets stuck unless you use loads of oil or butter. difficult to clean also.

Nice heavy pan
This is an addition to my pan set and at this price point is a well made item. I now have three Vogue pans, the first two purchased in 2017 and still fine.

Great!
Great pan! To avoid sticking, needs to be heated correctly. Heat on a medium high heat, wait for about 2 minutes then put a drop of water. If the water splashes and disappears then the pan is not hot enough. Wait another minute and try again. When the drop of water will spin around and dance in your pan then the pan is ready. Lower temperature and Add the ghee/tallow/oil and wait until it makes little waves, then add your steak. For butter - if you don’t want brown butter lower the temperature again. For steak cook not on highest temperature but for mince/ground and eggs go higher temp. Once you put the steak in the pan don’t touch it few minutes until is cooked and flip it only once. If flipping and moving then the steak is not gonna get that crust you want. Practice makes it perfect, you will get there. Also you can season it, 6 times then you have it ready. Once seasoned, never use soap on it again. Thanks and happy cooking 🍳 ☺️
