Brilliant eInk notebook - a bit big for just reading
I bought this to use as a digital notebook to take to the office with me. I already owned a kindle paperwhite so have quite a few kindle books already bought.It feels great to write on, is responsive enough to not be annoying and the battery life is good, as you would expect from an eInk device.Using it to read on, it's considerably bigger and heavier than the kindle paperwhite, and so not as comfortable to just get out on the train, or for reading in bed. The added size does obviously mean that you get a bigger screen though.Overall I'm very happy to have bought this, and as a certified refurbished item, I would not have been able to tell it from new.

Excellent value. Great for taking notes at work, in meetings etc. can import documents and make notes over them. And doubles as a kindle.

Amazing Kindle
Wow. I'm an avid note-taker. I'm always writing, noting, journaling, creating, and I had so many different notebooks I started to lose my bearings a little. Until I decided to invest in this wonderful device. It's just perfect for me. I absolutely love the feel of the pen on 'paper' screen, I love the organizing system in folders, I love that I can take notes from within my books, that's so brilliant! And the settings are great too. I'm using the fountain pen for writing, and it comes in several handy sizes. I'm not going back to paper notebooks. This is ideal for me. And I really wanted a refurbished Kindle because I believe in giving a second life to things. The packaging was amazing. Just like a new buy. Really beautifully prepared with all the little guides, the charging cable, and the beautiful pen. I'm really happy right now! :-)

Great piece of kit
I’m using it a lot in work as I go through a lot of notepads and it’s so easy to write on. The only negative is that it will occasionally reboot itself when I’m in the middle of something but this has only been a couple of times

Good buy.
I think this is a good buy, I like it better than my boox colour e ink tab.I can read on it and draw and take notes. I don't mind that it's black and white. Compared to my boox the interface is more simple and intuitive, which I like better.Writing on it feels great and the fountain pen makes my writing look legible. Battery life seems stable.Arrived undamaged and seems to be in order. Also came with premium pen and a box of extra nibs.

Does what I need it to
Bought for work meeting and this is a great product. Bought amazon refurbished and it is pristine in product packaging and all labels and instructions and charging cable. A little heavier than expected but happy with it.

Can enlarge text easily
My Kindle Scribe means I don’t have to wear glasses to read in bed. I’ve had smaller Kindles but this larger one is so much easier to use.I bought a reconditioned Kindle and it was absolutely perfect, no marks or blemishes. Saved about £100.

Best ever
Best purchase I've made for years. Used as a work notebook and allows me to get documents I uploaded and signed straight away. Many compliments and intents to purchase too by others.
