Great budget helmet
This is the only helmet under 6k that has the ECE 22.06 homologation as of now. The only helmet that has the ECE 22.06 homologation as of now costs 13k and does not come with a Double D ring fastener.ECE 22.06 homologated helmets are tested to a much more safer standard than the ECE 22.05 homologated helmets as it tests both impact and rotational impact at 18 points as opposed only impact at just 6 points in ECE 22.05. The HEIC required to pass the tests has also gone up to 2880 from 2400.So this helmet definitely provides great safety. But this is a helmet you buy for the safety it provides and it is not going to feel premium. It feels good enough to me, but you may not like it.It comes with a pinlock 70 pre-installed which is really great in preventing the visor from fogging up when it's cold and when you're at in slow moving traffic of perhaps even at a red light with your visor closed. The pinlock alone is quite expensive, so it's really nice that it's already included with the helmet. The padding inside feels good to me. I haven't really used any other helmets in this price range, so I can't compare it to anything else. While riding at night, the visibility is great and I don't feel like I'm blinded by all the high beam lights from other vehicles. When it comes to wind noise, I feel like it's isolated quite nicely. Maybe after 80kmph, you'd start hearing the wind noise, but I don't go on long rides (100km+), so I don't find it tiring at all.The visor requires a bit of force to open from a completely locked position, but then it feels smooth to move around between the 4 other partially open and the fully open position, which is great that it allows you to have 5 different partially open positions although I only use the fully open, fully closed and open just a bit to allow some air flow positions. At first it felt like I might break the visor mechanism when I open it with one hand (not when using two), but then I got used to it and now I don't get that feeling anymore. The mechanisms for opening the air vents and dropping down the sun visor inside the helmet are perfectly functional, but just require some force and that makes it feel like some corners were cut to make this helmet affordable, which I literally don't care about as it doesn't feel like they are going to break or anything. Other than these, the fit and finish looks good to me. I guess it doesn't look as nice as some would like, but I bought this helmet solely for the safety it provides, so I don't care lol.The only thing I don't actually like about this helmet is that the peripheral vision is very limited. I am only able to see what is right ahead of me and not what's to my sides. Headchecks require me to move my body around to make sure I am actually able to see behind me.This helmet is also kind of heavy (1800g ± 50g), but that's expected for the level of protection it provides given that it is a plastic shell and I don't really feel it much while riding anyway, so I don't care about that either. One last thing I wanna add is, it seems like Steelbird has based this helmet off their own Steelbird SA-1, which probably also helped them keep the cost down.

Not bad nor it is not Good
I will straightly get into pros and cons.Pros- It's the only budget ECE 22.06 and readily available helmet in the market.- The finishing is good atleast in my unit, others not sure.- Pinlock inserted ready and fitted.- Great packaging and material quality to an extent.- Airflow with all the vents open is really great, it does bring in a lot of fresh air.- And that's it, might look like marketing terms but yeah, it's a helmet at the end of the day so not much to talk about it.Cons- Got it replaced at first as it had marks as if someone had an accident with it although not major but yeah still considering that it saves your head it is mandatory to make sure it's good.- Got the pinlock broken in the first use, wonder the quality of the materials used in it.- Got the DD ring lock broken in regular 2 to 3 times use itself, thank fully return period was still there, so replaced it.- The Helmets are manufactured quite new and the most safety aspect of the helmet parts are damaged just by regular use it is not a good sign of the product life span.- The view from inside the helmet is a bit narrow not a deal breaker for normal city uses but the problem is due to the narrow view we may not be able to see further ahead as it caused exhaustion really fast trying to focus on the driving and managing our rule breakers beside us on the road.- The inner visor mechanism isn't the best I have observed that it constantly got itself loose from the inside a bit to the already narrow vision of the helmet whenever we go on the bumpy roads of our country, which makes it cumbersome to use it.- The cheek pads, in both the units I got, it seemed there is no support on the actual cheek part, and it feels hollow and there is more than required amount of cushioning at the neck part which makes not suitable for everyone, not sure if it is due to the ECE 22.06 rating or the design itself but I do have ECE 22.05 rated helmets and it feels uniform and gives us the confidence to wear it.Final part- The Overall quality I feel is subpar not great neither not bad, but few quality things can be made better, maybe increase the price for more quality materials and considering the safety rating it provides, yes we might buy it, but if the most safety things aren't working for a safety device I don't think it is not good, I might end up returning it again and maybe continue with my old one for a bit longer until the issues are resolved or maybe buy a different model which has good quality parts. I wonder what's the correlation in making the helmet heavier and at the same time when we are considering the quality of the product, the weight and the quality doesn't make sense even though considering the safety rating approved for it, I have seen and tested where and ECE22.06 helmet was 1600+- 50Gms, where as this one is 1800+-50 GMS which made me wonder maybe they stepped up the materials quality but it is not and I wonder what materials do they use considering the quality of the product, so finally wait for them acknowledge the quality improvement or at least make sure if something non safety part breaks like the visor you can get it replaced by the company asap, if that's not the case, I would strongly suggest to look for other brands.

Wrong Size Shipped
I had ordered a Matt White M sized helmet. The one I received was L sized. Unfortunately, the same colour is not available now for size replacement. Suggest the seller to be more careful in future. It is not as premium built as other options in the market, but that was expected. It looks good in Matt white color. Fit and finish are worth the price. The helmet is a bit heavy and the peripheral vision is restricted. The visor mechanism is okay to operate once you are wearing the helmet but when kept on a table etc, it might feel a little tight.I had bought it mainly for ECE 22.06 homologation. Now waiting for replacement in Matt Axis Grey colour.

Value for money
Fits perfectly, premium quality.Need to check it on long rides but I didn’t feel any discomfort when I wore it for short rides.Unique design and looks cool.

Good helmet, could be better
It's a good helmet with the latest EU rating and ISI marked aswell, comes with a D70 pin lock, however the visor seems flimsy, it's heavy and wind buffering is good, has space to put an intercom, however one think to note is that it has a smaller visor which affects your peripheral vision and take some time to get used to, i use a SMK and this helmet is for the pillion.

Safe but heavy
There’s no don’t that the helmet is one of safest under this budget however I found it heavy as it’s almost 2kg and carrying such wait on your neck can be challenging. I think wait is a big factor but for guys who has strong shoulders & neck , can try it.
