Great hat, awful packaging
Nice hat, was just a shame it's delivered in a plastic bag. The hat was slightly misshaped on arrival. Hence the 3 stars.

Poorly constructed, not sure if it’s genuine.
Good colour and embroidery of the logo but the cap itself was poorly constructed. The peak was off and no tags were attached in the bag. Ships in a bag, no box so be wary of that.

Very poor quality cap, I talking about shape, material..etc. You selling cap and you don't even know how it should be. Proper fake stuff, just wasted money

Disappointed
I bought this, not expecting the best quality with it being cheap, but Zoo York have always been exceptional in the past. Sadly, not this time. The hat is of low quality, thin material, the stitching is sloppy and there's no feel of quality in the hat. Also, ships in a plastic bag so may be a little beat up on arrival.I intended to return this, until my daughter helpfully removed the tag for me.
