ONE OF THE BEST WIFI ROUTER IN THE MARKET AS ON DATE
After having bought Mercusys MR50X 1900mbps router for my parents, I was inclined on this brand for sure.Waited a month after I show this model was going to be launched soon. Booked it immediately I saw it to be available. What a router. Hassle free installation, not much of settings to set for initial use, though it has advanced configuration too.I live in a 1500sq ft and not a inch which lacks signals, irrespective of walls and other blocks.Pros:1. Fair price, bought it for 4k.2. Best range, 3000mbps3. Hassle free installation4. Strong signals, wall penetrating.5. No drops in signals, no packet loss.Cons:1. Only 1 indicator light, tough to know when internet is down or outThis will easily cater to flats upto 3k square feet, tested in my office of 4500 sq ft without any range or speer loss.I have 200mbps hathway connection.

Pretty good router sans some cons
Pros:-1. Excellent range, covers a 3000 sq feet house with multiple concrete walls easily on 2.4g and even 5g band with 2-1 bars.2. Wifi6 for compatible devices.3.*Usually delivers 90% bandwidth on the 2.4g band and 100% on the 5g band for a 150 Mbps connection.*4. Easy to setup with a lot of features for its price in its firmware.5.Mercusys is a sister brand of TPlink, so this ain't some no name hardware.Cons-1. *The biggest con of this router is its 2.4g band gets bogged down and only delivers 8-10 Mbps (on a 150 Mbps net) with full strength bars when there are multiple people with devices are connected to it* [Though the 5g band will still deliver full speed even at less signal, so if you have a 5g capable device you're still good to go]2. This router has no mounting holes so cannot be mounted.Decent buy and better than other tplink models for around the same price, the only better comparable model than this will be the Ax20 (better known as AX1800 in India) for wifi6 and better range/speed but is more pricey as well which around 6k usually.

Best router among all the routers I own
Such an amazing product. Never had any issues with it. I don't know why people keep bashing it but this is the only router which I have pluged in years ago and forgot about it. It's so good that I haven't even touched it once because it never had any problem. It's just plug and play. Just plug it in and it will work lifetime without a single issue. The only thing which could have been better is range.

Very good router at this price point
Very good router at this price point. It's worth every penny. I have a Jio 500 Mbps connection, but I am getting over 500 Mbps download speed and 150 Mbps as upload speed. What more can you ask for? The setup was super easy and fast. The range of the router is also very good. When I was using my old router, I used to have repeaters where the signal was very low, but now it has changed with this router. Buy this without having another thought in your mind.

I thought it is better.. but
But.. using 5 days. I can definitely say that is not so accurate as it price. No usb port. Range is average. Build quality is okay. There is no hanging point. So installation may difficult. It comes with wide range of connectivity features. Value for money score is 3 out of 5.

Good Hardware, poor software. OpenWRT support available
Primarily got it for use as access point and also investigate Mesh capabilities with OpenWRT. The factory firmware sucks in AP mode but is fine in Router mode. Installed OpenWRT on it and using it with wired backhaul and usteer for band and AP steering. OpenWRT mesh is also supported

Connectivity and functionality and speed issues
Connectivity and functionality is worst, every 2 Or 3 days you have restart the routers if not there will be internet speed issues. I am writing this review after using 1 yeras, most of the time i am facing this issues.

Good Wifi 6 router under 4k
The wifi speeds on this router are better than its sister brand TPLink. So, it's more value for money compared to TPLink routers in the same range. Which is really good. The wifi range is, as usual, all the beam forming and stuff that comes with wifi 6, I don't find them much useful. But the range can be easily increased by simply using your old router as a range extender. Have app support. Can be controlled remotely. But I have one complaint about that. There is no option to disable access control remotely from the app. Previously in my Mi Router, I had this feature which was pretty useful. I hope that the Mercusys app dev team include that feature in the near future.
