We suggest this one for our small business clients. They have all of the great features you'd expect in a large system for a great price. I would highly recommend this for your home or business protection needs.

Honest truth is so far I can say it does the job, installation and setting everything up was not as easy as i would have hoped the instructions it comes with are not very specific. Luckily GW customer service where very helpful. My technician (Art) was able to answer my questions and walk me through the installation.

Camara take a good look but in terms of effectiveness, none. The camaras site won't wk. Difficult to record, no t good at all.

These have worked out well, great quality and a lot less then what I was quoted by a security company.

So here is the honest truth, I purchased this system almost 2 years ago. In that 2 year period I've had 2 cameras fail, but with the exception of that, all in all its a decent setup. Here is why I have it 1 star. GW customer service is a joke, they care about themselves and not their customer. Since purchasing about 2 years ago my camera failures came almost immeadeatly, and I'm still down 2 cameras 2 years later. They offered to sell me new ones, but seeing how I paid over $1000 for a security system I figured it be common curtosey to replace your cheap product, and that is exactly what this is, the same cheap eBay Amazon Chineese camera system you see for $300 on avg, just with a more fancy presentation. Do not be fooled, you can buy one of the cheaper systems and be equally as happy.Moving on to the app. It's literlally hot garbage, notifications come in chineese, updates are manually pushed and not through the app store, and when you go to load individual cameras, it just keep hourglassing. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS! They offered me a $50 gift card to remove my review, and politely declined, I wanted to make sure the consumer had all the facts, because if I would have read this review prior to purchasing, i would have stayed with the $300 system. Don't make the same mistake I did.

No issues

After quite a bit of research, I decided to go with a poe system for my first set at home. I was hesistant about wireless systems since my property is quite large and I wanted a high quality output.The system itself is great, installation of 8 cameras took me a couple days but was worth the end result. The most difficult task was running the wires. 100ft wires on a ladder would easily tangle and make it frustrating I advise to run your wires along the length you would install prior to installing them. I hid most of them inside the soffit for a clean look.The cameras have a high quality build and crisp resolution which is adjustable if you want more fps or more resolution. I noticed after a few rain events the cameras would get dirty and difficult to view on night vision so expect to clean them with window cleaner every so often. There is a manual zoom which I did not configure as the out-of-box settings fitted my needs.The system comes preinstalled with a hdd and is virtually plug and play. I have mine set up to send me emails of a screenshot of the cameras that detected motion for quick study, thought I find at night I recieve many emails of bugs or rain or snow all throughout the night I must siphone through.The app is probably the only downfall which is very cumbersome and has a large learning curve to get to function properly. That said, theyre awesome support guided me through to make it work.

Its a great camera but it doesn't come with built in microphone.The instructions are not good too.But GW security staffs and technicians are awesome! They really are there to help out!I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the bad instructions.
