Nice looking canopy
This canopy arrives in two sections that have to be fitted together. That went well and so not a problem. It was a bit more difficult to thread the canopy fabric into the slots provided, but I chamfered the ends of the locking cords and that made it easier. The finished assembly is a bit heavy and you need a helper to lift it into place. The finished unit looks good and works well.

The product was very good and i was going to use it to protect my fish pond from the sun. And hopefully i will get my full refund, and in the end i should get my full refund. They kept me up to date by email.The item was very good, but it was too complicated to fit for me. The company honoured their return policy and hopefully i will get my full refund.

Complicated to put together. Needs 3 strong people to fix to wall.
Bits missing. And the awning doesn’t rewind back to the wall. It gets so far. And then the stem start to retract out under the canvas.

2 man job
not an easy job if your not DIY savvy, the assembly was bad enough,took 2 men over 3 hours to finish the job the bolts and brackets are the worst part
