My son chose this watch carefully and chose well. Not that the “Tiffany Blue” also known as “Ice Blue” has two different product numbers. Within the U.S. the number ends in 54. That will allow you to get Citizen’s six-year warranty if purchased from a USA authorized seller. Outside the U.S. the product number ends in 88 and is the exact same watch. We compared the two product numbers side by side in an American jewelry store. So what’s the problem? Read on:The seller here is WatchSavings. They are the same company as Jomashop and only sell grey market items—no USA warranty. That’s fine as long as buyers know you don’t get the USA warranty. Citizens refuses to service their own watches in the U.S. if not from authorized sellers.Furthermore, the advertisement here depicts the beautiful and gift worthyoriginal Citizens box. What we received was a generic white box that says Made in China on it! The watch is made in Japan and I do not believe it’s counterfeit. However, this was an important gift—the generic box is unacceptable. I wrote the company through Amazon asking why the contradiction? Unsolicited, they sent a return label.
