Was struggling to remove old pinstripes (sticker pinstripes, not painted versions). This erasing wheel allowed me to remove them in about 15 minutes! Worked perfectly. It does wear away, like a pencil eraser.

We remove vinyl from vans a few times a year. Yeah, we hate it- the work is unfufilling and people don't want to pay shop time. We normally use a heat gun, pull the letters off, then deglue with lacquer thinner.It works this way.We had an intractable vinyl logo, about 3 feet square on two sides and the rear, as well as lots of letters. The lettering came off the usual way, but the giant stickers were flaking off in 1/4" pieces, even heated up.Tried this cheap wheel, but had zero expectations. I had tried a similar product twenty years ago, but THIS ONE WORKED, 100%. No glue residue, no effect on paint. Believe it or not, we had applied the decals to this van in 2004. 17 yrs later, we removed them.This product works, folks. It just does.EDIT: We ordered a few more and they came without the arbors. If it comes without the arbor, send it back.

Great tool shipping took 27 days! The value is great, but I hope you don’t need it fast? I would have gladly paid for faster shipping! Must have come over on a slow boat from China.

This is the first time using one of these erasers for taking double sided tape off of anything. The attachment worked like a charm. I first tried removing the tape with lacquer thinner and spent about 45 mins, going about 2 feet on a 2" wide strip. Going no where fast, I ordered this eraser and finished the passenger and drivers side in about 30 mins. I still have about 2/3 of the eraser left. The eraser is soft, about the same as a pencil eraser. I will say that the truck I am working on is a 93 that has seen better days and I believe it was painted once many moons ago however I did not take notice of any scratch or chipping. Time being money, this $13 was well spent.

Bought this for myself for an early Christmas present. We are getting ready to sell our car and this sticker and decal eraser wheel was just the tool I needed!!! Thank goodness I found this and at the right price. Works perfectly. Hooked up my husbands drill to it and it worked so fast on those old ugly bumper stickers we had! Didn't even scratch the paint or aluminum. The instructions are clear and it helped speed up cleaning up random gunk and stuck on gum and stuff left from the kids. It does so much more and helps reduce time. I am next going to use it to remove stickers off the kids doors. That will be fun and easy now. I am buying my brother in law one for Christmas because he loves random yet super useful tools too!

Works amazingly well to get my boat decals off abs you can see in the picture...the stripe ran to the rear of the boat...I took the stripes off totally but it took 2 of the eraser wheels to do it...they do wear as u are using them and the get very hot

The media could not be loaded.  I got this to remove some very difficult stickers off of my son's bedroom door. These stickers have been there for over 7 years. I had my husband remove them for me with his drill. I'd suggest using a faster speed with your electric drill. My husband thought it would need to be at a slow speed but a faster speed worked better. Could I have used something like Goo-Gone? Sure, but this was way easier and I didn't need to use any chemicals afterward but you might if there's some residual stickiness leftover. He just wiped away any residue and then he added a little touch-up paint. The door looks so much better!

This things is a time saver that works as described. I had to remove all sorts of stickers and decals left on surfaces after our tenants moved out. I tried to use a solvent like goo gone, WD 40 and even mineral spirits but the problem was that they would damage the surface or even strip what was underneath it, not to mention the foul smell they leave behind.This attachment did the job that I needed. I used it constantly for a few days and it still held its shape and I believe it can last for many more uses down the road.Fit my cordless dealt drill no issues. Also works for car applications.Good addition to my tool box. Happy with this purchase.
