I just ordered a size 13 ring, but how do I message about adding a engraving?

My ring sizes is 10 should I size up or down or is it true to its sizes?

It is pretty true to size so I would get the size you normally wear. However I've noticed that if you are working with water it tends to slide off so beware when washing dishes or sweating. But definitely true to size. Hope that helps.
