I think you could use the a lot in the rain probably even multiple uses per pair as they're pretty thick. I bought them just for fun for commercial concrete. I was in 6" of concrete and they were holding up good until A laborer caught one with a concrete placing rake. (muck rake if you know) My leather boots were dry when i took them off.

I used these for the first time this morning. Since they cover a range of shoe sized I knew they would be too long. But, putting the toes of my shoes in the very front made them much easier to walk around in. They stay up with the elastic tops and are not too tight, right below the knees. I cut down tall weeds and never got stickers on my pants, socks or stuck in my shoes or weed spray on me! They are definitely reusable as they are thick. Hope this helps.

I purchased these for use at a carwash for protecting my shoes when I cleaned the bay walls. The walls need cleaning when dirt, mud, oils, and grease turn the white walls to a dark shade of brown. The cleaner I use is a commercial wall cleaner consisting of three types of acids and other ingredients. It is so caustic I wear only worn out jeans with holes caused by previous cleaning attempts. I expected these boots to immediately fail to the acidity of the wash. I was wrong. They are amazing. I am still using my first pair! Hats off to the manufacturer. I highly recommend.

I don't use these often but they come in handy when I need them. I do insurance claim work and sometimes have to inspect a basement w/ 6 or 8" of water in it when there's a sump pump or power failure. (Make sure electricity is cut off to the house before going into a basement full of water) Going into an attic w/ blown in insulation keeps the dust off my pants so I don't have to go into other houses the rest of the day covered in blown in insulation. General uses like that, they are well worth keeping a dozen under my seat.

I had mixed feelings about the shoe covers that I purchased. We bought these shoe covers for hiking at Yosemite National Park, and while they were non-slip, which was great for the misty conditions, they didn't stay in place very well. The covers kept falling down to my ankles, which was quite frustrating. I believe they would work better with boots of the same length, as they would provide a tighter fit. Additionally, if you're wearing smooth pants, the covers are more likely to slip off.Overall, I was disappointed with this purchase as they didn't meet my expectations in terms of staying securely in place.

I have these shoe/boot covers at the ready in my truck. Certain places that I go have water up to 4" when it rains. So, my choice is to get my feet soaked walking into the building or change into boots (not practical). That issue is now solved with these outstanding covers! You can also use these covers when you have a muddy area that you're forced to walk through without messing up your shoes/boots. I also want to add that I was surprised that these covers are pleasantly thicker than anticipated. I highly recommend this product!!

Great product--though I wish it was a bit thicker. And PLEASE when packaging product, do not seal packaging to product; I had to discard 3 boot covers because of this!

I bought these to stop my shoes from getting wet when I wash my car. When I opened the product I was ecstatic. However after putting them on and walking 10 feet they started to slide down my legs and flop around on the ground. Also the rubber band cut off circulation to my keep and I my feet started to get bloated. The boot covers were completely destroyed after washing one car and this is walking on smooth asphalt. I can’t even imagine how quickly they will rip if I was to walk in an open field. Bottom line is that this is a 5 minute type of product and at a dollar per pair that is an expensive 5 minutes.
