Glad I bought when I did, as they have doubled their price in the last few days. Hey, if the demand is there greedy gets the greenbacks I guess. Anyway, good mix to add into soil but for certain plants better than others. If using for general all around planting just mix a small portion of this into your general compost and perlite mix. I use a lot of perlite these days... I got tired of my soil always being compacted and heavy. No matter what I did without using a VERY generous amount of perlite I just found my garden suffered with detriment over the soil being too heavy. From not draining well enough, to crown and rot rot, mold, fungus, and other diseases I just got tired of it. Put a heaping quantity of perlite in your mix and beam my world changed. Things just DRAIN properly. Things BREATH. There is no comparison. I digress! So for general use just use a small amount in a mix because it is quite acidic and there are plenty of plants and veg etc that do not care for that. But for blueberry plants and that lot that do like a slightly more acidic soil, use a more generous amount of this with the compost and perlite and you are in the gold. Thus is already very fluffy, and flaky. If you use a lot of it when it dries it will crack, it's like that. Just keep it in mind. All in all though this is a fab mix that has feed in it too so will aid in feeding nutrients to your babies the first few weeks.

Great mixture compost thats not full of filler like alot of the cheaper brands. If like me you do use alot of compost to go with gardening duties and want to find one the very good but at a reasonable price then imho this is it.Pros... good compost mixed well with no cheap fillerCons... lol with all 50ltr bags they are heavy and cumbersome.

Does not do well with humidity, soil on the left is the product in question and the one on the right is my usual which is 4 weeks older. Does ok outdoors though, I've not had any problems there although I did mix in some other stuff. Wouldn't buy this product again it's just a bit cheap and poor quality, would be ok outdoors for bulking out some better soil though.

Value for money as will go a long way and last ages.

Good quality product. I managed to fill 8 or 9 small cube planters with one bag for a children's growing project. I might have been able to fill 10, but the bag had been opened before delivery and resealed with packing tape - hence only 3 stars.

It was great stuff used to add to garden border working fine
