Best price on this transformer. I have seen the same transformer for $35-$85. It's just a transformer.I ordered a spare because I had a shorted AC 24v/220v relay. This is a common secondary failure. The quality was no better on a more expensive transformer, it's just markup you give away.

Seeminglyworking well.
Came packaged well with no damage. A failed transformer was the suspected culprit since the hvac was exhibiting zero activity and testing across common and red at thermostat did not yield 24V. Replacement installed easily but note that the mounting plate is on the reverse side, meaning you cannot install it and hook the wires up in the same positions. Pay attention the actual terminal markings.

Beefy and the Connectors are Strong and Hold Well
I had to buy 2 of these because the handlers abused the poorly packed item. It’s a beefy little transformer and the package box only has one soft pad in it. If it gets tossed around or drops off a shelf, the plastic sides go “crunch”. But alas, Amazon quickly sent a replacement that arrived in one piece. I use this transformer to provide 24v power to my make up air damper. The connection tabs are a combination of 2 - 6.3mm (120v) and 2 - 4.8mm (24v). I liked the way both sizes really required some pressure to push the connector on AND pull it off. I put a multimeter on the output and it was consistently reading 24v, so it was good to go. The mounting base had holes to fasten sheet metal screws on the underside my furnace circuit compartment. It looks like it was designed and installed at the factory.
