5mg allicin per tablet
This is a great garlic supplement. It's standardized to 5mg allicin per tablet. 5000mcg or 5mg is a very standard dose for allicin / garlic, but a bit on the low side in my opinion. I personally take 2-3 of these to get around 15mg of allicin, which is what I consider to be a more effective dose.The quality itself is good. The tablets don't have much garlic smell and are coated so they swallow easily and don't dissolve on you. These don't cause garlic burps like capsules do, and appear to be enteric coated.Overall - great budget garlic supplement. 5mg allicin per tablet, and 180 tablets per bottle.
